Same fee — the display just switches with the contract type on any quote.
The order booking fee covers all the work we do from you accepting a finance offer through to your order being placed with the funder and the supplying dealer. Specifically:
Only when you accept a finance offer and instruct us to place the order. We don't take any fee before that. Soft credit searches, written quotes, and every step up to the point of ordering are free.
If you cancel within your 14-day statutory cooling-off period (Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013), the fee is refunded in full.
Cancellations after that follow the terms in our Cancellation Policy.
There are no other fees charged by us. Your monthly rental, initial rental, and any optional maintenance pack are all separate — see the payment breakdown on your written quote for the full picture.
